You must remove connector from R-XSR and solder board to pins. You can do this without Depinning. 

Allows use of a R-XSR RX direct mounted to FC. 

Use this adapter for any Whitenoise Mounting boards or FCs that have direct RX mounting

Also works well for Unity, Synergy, FlightOne & BrainFPV Radix direct solder mounting 

Bridge the small jumper for data connection to FC.
